Just happened to catch up with Marsha today so we joined in on her workout.Changed a little do to only having 1 tire and 4 people but it worked.

Flip Tire (185lb) down parking lot then drag back with harness.
20 Sledge hammer swings hitting tire (10 with each arm,10lb sledge)
Lunge down parking lot (20 lunges)
20 Wall Balls(16-20lb Med ball)
Lunge back
