Well, I'm reporting in with 12:45. I love kettlebell swings! I don't love ring dips; at least not with rubber band assistance. I think pure, raw strength is the main thing holding me back, since I can (decently) hold my own on more metcon stuff. I'm thinking about incorporating Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Just MY opinion, Bryan...I tend toward met con too, because that's where I excel...I struggle with rings and strength. Do a couple of heavy strength days a week and your regular stuff the the days...see if you improve...it's good to change things up a bit every now and again.
