  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words
    Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

19:39...thought I would do this faster...I underestimated those cleans! Lots of room for y'all to crush my time!

I also put 2 DBs (35lbs ea) in the small tire (weighs exactly 40 lbs) for a total weight of 110 lbs. I drug it the entire length of the parking lot and then pull it back the other way 3X. That was a leg burner!

Dale = 18:11 (30 lbs)
Rob = 18:44 (35/40 lb DBs)
Seth = 18:58 (35/40 lb DBs)
Rob and Seth both wanted the 40 lb DBs so they took turns. I LOVED that! Dale was his usual self...quiet, but strong...never complaining...always working! Ryan hardly EVER stopped! (He already posted his time (16:50 w/ 30 lb DBs). Jared missed out tonight! I truly enjoyed working with you guys tonight!
