HAPPY HALLOWEEN! This was a hard one! As I told Jared...this was not a Halloween "treat"! I made it through though...slowly.
55 lb OH SQUATS (rounds 1-5) 45 LBs on rounds 6 & 7.

This was one of those workouts where a fast time is quickly lost and survival becomes paramount. What a gut check!
