I did the burpee/pullup part of this at home. It was one of those "It doesn't sound too bad" WODs that deep down, you know will tear you up. 25:51. Lots of singles in the last round or two. If someone could outfit me with a headlight/tailight harness, I could do the run before work in the morning or after the kids are in bed at night. Turn signals would be cool, too.
