
We will be having a free workout Saturday at 900am and 1030am. Training will consist of practicing movements,warm up,workout and cooldown. Training will be tailored to your ability and will consist of full body compound movements performed at high intensity. By high intensity I mean a level of intensity that suits you and your level of fitness.
We promote comraderie and hard work here at Crossfit Mansfield. We have a small tight knit community built through tough training, desire for higher level of fitness and good competition throughout our ranks. We have a variety of people training here from teachers to small business owners,firefighters and former military. Regular people looking for an alternative to the "machine" workout promoted in most gyms. Here you will learn proper body mechanics in all kinds of movements. Our bodies are built to move in so many ways and are able to endure and adapt to so much stimulus.
