How many rounds did you decide on?

This was a tough one...but a good one!
I used a 20 lb DB (too light for the Hang Squat Cleans, but I was already "committed" once I figured it out...and I used the 35 lb Barbell. 40:03

As everyone learned or maybe already knew...there are so many details that go into being able to do the DB Snatch correctly and efficiently. Thanks for listening to Jared and I and working so hard! Practice makes perfect...or at least better...and today you all got a lot of "practice".
O'Shea~
How'd you like the new shoes? Did they feel good? Could you tell a difference?

At 5:30, we did a shorter WoD, 3 rounds. I'm saying that up front, so my time of 17:37 has a little context. I think once I get more used to these moves, I can ramp it up. I'm looking forward to continuing to improve at the Olympic moves. I agree with Marsha's later comment about practice. I'll get better at these moves as we go along.
