Saturdays Bshift class will at 830am. This class is open to members and will be a chance to make up Wednesdays 6am class that was canc due to icy roads. Please let us know if you wil be coming.

I did "Starting Strength" and then ran 4.5 miles in 32 minutes. My legs were killin me, so I wasn't very speedy.
ANNND...
After lots of practice and help from Rob over the past couple of weeks...I got into the handstand position against the wall about 10 times today...ALL BY MYSELF! Once I got it, I couldn't stop! I've even done it in my kitchen for my family tonight. I haven't tried pushups yet, as I'm just trying to get comfortable getting in that position and being able to hold myself stable. THANKS ROB!!!!

I just did Tuesday's WOD as RX'd. 26:21 although my quads are very fatigued so my squats were not that deep.
Ethan also did the WOD with me.
