Front squats: 165-175-175, although I'm not sure about the depth on the 175.
21-15-9: I scaled weight to 95 lbs, and came in at 15:00. Cleans were OK; the press was the hard part. Big fun.
I'm looking forward to heading to GSX for the regionals on Saturday, and maybe Sunday. I hope to see y'all there!

I can't make Sunday...but I'm going on Saturday for sure. If anyone wants to meet and carpool or even just follow each other let me know b/c I am going and I would love to have y'all with me! This will be an amazing "show" I'm sure!

21-15-9 I did 65lbs on power clean-press and used the blue band for the pull ups.
I'm feeling it all over today. Everything is a bit sore.
