The Turkish Get UP is a slow controlled movement. Requiring concentration and smooth movement. We will review and use weight that allows solid form. Keep that shoulder active and tight until your shoulder blades are flat on the floor!

I guess that I was concentrating so hard that I never saw you bust out with the camera. It was good practice today.
