Beef raised with no antibiotics or bone meal.

I have found a shop in Mansfield that sells Natural Beef and Chicken. The shop has Sirloin, Rib eye, Roast and Tenderloin. I bought a grilled the tenderloin and was impressed with how tender it was even cooking it a little more than I normally would have. Check them out here.

Texas Slab

The store sells mainly beef jerky but does have Chicken,Beef and Bison. The owner said he ages the beef for 17 days for it to be tender.
