Potential trainees are required to attend 6 private sessions where they will learn the philosophy, methodology and foundational movements of Crossfit. Foundation sessions will include a short scaled workout at the end of instruction.This is a time for me to evaluate your current level of fitness and ensure the movements are understood and performed correctly.You will progress according to your ability. This will also be time for you to decide if Crossfit is for you.
After foundation sessions are completed you will move into group training and continue to improve on and learn new movement. You will be scaled for a while and trained safely in order to properly introduce you to this style of training.
