My goal here is to provide quality training and instruction to everyone that comes in the door. I believe in utilizing the body the way it is made to move. Multi joint compound movements performed at high intensity will carry over to everyday life no matter what your occupation may be. Intensity is relative to each individual and will be trained as such. Hard training breeds confidence and a better quality of life for everyone.
My training started when I joined the USMC in 2000. I am no stranger to hard work and will not have my clients do anything I havent done myself. I am currently a Fireman in the City of Mansfield and run Crossfit Mansfield on my off time. Do not let fear of the unknown stop you from pursuing your physical fitness! You should be nervous before you train so let that feeling drive you to your goals and succeed.

I know firsthand what a challenge it can be to lose weight and get fit. Four years ago, I decided to take charge of my health and happiness, and I lost 70 pounds…the right way…through diet and exercise. Now, I love to workout and I am in the best shape of my life. Being challenged in the gym has increased my confidence and my quality of life has improved immensely. I want to share what I have learned through my own training and help my clients realize that anyone willing to work hard can reach their goals and improve their lives just as I have. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute of Dallas and hold CrossFit Level 1, Crossfit Basic Barbell and Crossfit Olympic Lifting Certifications.
